With me they did it TWICE, so total 300€ “for cleaning”. When I tried to contact them and asked to explain for what they charged me (I was sure that it was done by mistake), a man told me that the room was super dirty, there were food everywhere, stains on the floor, etc. I asked to send me a proof, but it never happened. Also he was very rude and told that he doesn’t want to discuss it with me and if I would like I can make a complaint. In their “policy” you can find that there will be extra 150€ charge if something will be damaged, but they can charge you 150€ not just once, but as many times as they decide (or till you’ll block a card😁) without any explanation what’s going on. Also right after check-out I received a message from Booking that my reservation was cancelled. I contacted customer service later and they told me that the owner cancelled it and mentioned “no-show”. Still didn’t know what was the reason to do that. Their check-in system. They sent you a link and you have to go to another website and make check-in there (upload photos of documents, put your card details, etc.). I feel it’s quite uncomfortable to put my personal details and card details on website that I didn’t know. Soundproofing - forget about it, you will hear what’s people doing/talking about in a next room, people walking on the stairs, etc. They didn’t provide warm blankets, so you will sleep under a sheet. I was staying beginning of September, temperature at night was around 17-18C. And it’s really good temperature to sleep with open windows, but you can’t do it because you will be cold in next 30 min. When asked where can I find a warm blanket, they told me that there are 2 blankets in a room. Tiene un diseño increíble y el espacio está muy bien aprovechado. El acceso es fácil y el check in online lo facilita. Aprovechamos unos tarritos de aceite de la zona que dejan en la cocina. La cama es grande y el colchón y las almohadas son muy cómodos. Hay todo lo que se necesita en la cocina y el baño. Wifi a tope, hay poca cobertura según la compañía. Ventilador encima de la cama. ☹ Estuvimos en el loft de la planta baja y si hay gente en el piso de arriba se les oye bastante andar, la ducha que está encima de tu cama (nuestros vecinos estuvieron duchándose a las 00:30), el movimiento de sillas o taburetes... Hay algunas luces de noche por la tele, la estufa de pellets, el ambientador, un poco por las ventanas y por la puerta cuando se conecta la luz del patio por movimiento. Poca intimidad. Por la ventana del salón-cocina se ve el piso entero desde la cuesta de la calle y si está cerrada necesitas la luz artificial.
